Tess serves as Commercial Underwriter for Fidelity National Title's Columbus National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Her primary role is the underwriting of national commercial transactions, including but not limited to, industrial, multi-family, office, restaurant, mixed-use, construction, and multi-site transactions.
